Course Description
To learn how to shorten or lengthen trousers, to add darts to a garment to get a better fit, shorten or lengthen sleeves, turn up skirts and dresses, replace broken zips, repair button holes as required. To adjust a pattern to fit.

To learn to make simple adjustments to make clothes fit perfectly and alter patterns to fit

A basic knowledge of sewing and how to use a sewing machine preferable

What Do I Need To Bring With Me?
Basic sewing kit e.g. needles, scissors, thread in matching colour to fabric being altered, a garment to alter. If you have a sewing machine yu can bring it but if more than 1 year old it must be PAT tested.
