National Lifesaving Academy

Course Description

The NLA awards are a suite of progressive awards that teach personal survival, first aid, CPR, rescue, and fitness skills to anyone aged 12 years and over. NLA course takes place on Wednesday evenings. 7pm to 8pm.

Learning4Life only teach the pool award strand. We do not cover open water or beach.

Entry Requirements

The minimum age for enrolment is 12 . You must be able to swim 25 metres on your front and 25 metres on your back. No previous experience of lifesaving is necessary.

What Do I Need To Bring With Me?

Swim wear and towel.
