Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing is a gentle sequence of 16 movements derived from Tai Chi and Chi Gung, designed to increase body/mind co-ordination, circulation, flexibility, balance and an overall sense of wellbeing. The movements can be carried out seated or standing.

What Do I Need To Bring With Me?
Comfortable, loose fitting clothing. Light shoes or light trainers. An optional CD of the sequence will be available for those who wish to purchase it.
