What Do I Need To Bring With Me?
Comfortable, warm, loose fitting clothing; light shoes or trainers; and a mat or blanket. N.B. During the current pandemic you can bring your own mat but please ensure it is clean and has been wiped over if you have used it in the previous 72 hours before your class.
