Fitness Yoga = Freestyle Fitness Stretch. This yoga targets to improve flexibility, core stability and strength. It is a fitness workout programme incorporating deep stretch yoga postures and Pilates exercises combined with flowing movement qualities of dance. Fitness yoga is not spiritual; it focuses on the fitness perspective, making it a great body conditioning workout helping to achieve better muscle tone, stamina, balance and suppleness.

What Do I Need To Bring With Me?
