Learn to paint draw and make friends in a friendly environment and become inspired on our Art for Mindfulness course. Become immersed in learning techniques to enable you to create paintings and drawings. Creative activities ease us into a process of focus and concentration. Drawing and painting is naturally mindful. If you find it hard to calm your mind then creative activities are a wonderful way to enhance your capacity for concentration, inner peace and calm, learn new skills and relax at the same time.
To learn painting and drawing skills to enable completion of finished works of art within a relaxed environment. take a few hours out of a busy week to take time for yourself, make new friends and become immersed in a creative activity as a form of relaxation and mindfulness.
