COURSE AIM: To perform the fitness yoga method of exercising, improving flexibility, strength and awareness.
COURSE DESCRIPTION: Fitness Yoga = Freestyle Fitness Stretch. This yoga targets to improve flexibility, core stability and strength. It is a fitness workout programme incorporating deep stretch yoga postures and Pilates exercises combined with flowing movement qualities of dance. Fitness yoga is not spiritual; it focuses on the fitness perspective, making it a great body conditioning workout helping to achieve better muscle tone, stamina, balance and suppleness.
