COURSE DESCRIPTION: Course Objectives:
Investigate what is involved in running your own business
Identify trading styles
Identify statutory requirements
Identify the principles of budgets, cashflow and profit & loss.
Identify the needs and contents of a business plan.
Special note: This is a very short course to give an overview of the requirements of running a business. It does not cover other essential topics such as:
Sourcing your suppliers
Pricing your goods / services
